1. Do you travel for destination weddings?
Absolutely! Elopement packages are tailored specifically to your coverage needs. Wedding meetings are designed to establish wedding day timelines and discuss details.
2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?
Whether you have Pinterest boards, TikToks or other inspriation in mind, we build a shot list together! Don't have any pose ideas? Not to worry! Leave the posing to us! Locations may require a travel fee.
3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
In Wisconsin, the weather doesn't always cooperate, sickness happens or the kids don't always take naps on time, etc. Desire to reschedule? LGI aims to reschedule sessions as smoothly as possible! However, during wedding season, dates have limited availability. Cancelation policies can be viewed in contracts apon request.
4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?
LGI does NOT provide RAW files of any kind per the LGI contracts. Prints and albums can be requested and will come with an extra charge.

YES! LGI connects with wedding vendors of all kinds! Inquire to receive the full list!
6. how customizable are sessions?
Mini and full session timeframes are the most popular, however, time extensions in 30-minute increments are available! Inquiring about wedding coverage not included in the standard packages? Wedding meetings will design the perfect wedding package for your needs no matter how many hours are needed!
7. Can we meet before booking a wedding package?
Any and all wedding package bookings require at least one zoom meeting. This provides clients the opportunity to meet with their inquired LGI photographer to connect and discuss details! This is best done with both partners and photographer to establish linear communication between three persons.
8. How long until I receive the final photos?
Minis and Fulls: 24-48 hours for sneak peeks, 7-10 days for final gallery
Weddings: 1 week for sneak peeks and 5-8 weeks for final gallery *may be subject to change based on wedding season workloads*
LGI appreciates patience when waiting for final galleries and provides quick communication through delays.
